helpful staff convenient location lobby coffee shower doors water flooding water replenishment
The staff were great. They were always ready to help. the location is convenient with public transport links nearby. This made getting around easy. i appreciated the availability of coffee and snacks in the lobby. It's really useful.
the shower doors did not close well. this resulted in water flooding the floor after each shower. the hotel only provided one bottle of water for two people over two nights. i expected it to be replenished.

s-bahn access friendly staff spacious room fresh selection
The s-bahn access was so close. it made getting around super easy! the staff at check-in was especially friendly and helpful. our room was spacious. i really liked the breakfast selection. Everything tasted fresh.
The ac didn't seem to work efficiently. The room was a little too warm at times

The hotel's location is amazing, with the train and tram being just minutes away. It made exploring super convenient. also, it was fantastic that shops were practically next door. Very convenient!

I really enjoyed the breakfast they had, and it was very yummy! also. We were able to use the sauna at their sister hotel across the street which was great after a long day exploring. amazing!

fantastic stay!
cozy bedsheets friendly staff convenient location
I was happy about the super cozy bedsheets. the electric blinds were a great touch. the staff was so friendly, and the breakfast was worth the money. The tram station's location is a big plus since it is just one minute away from the hotel
the bathtub looked old with some cracking while in use and the carpet had some dirty spots

the bar is open for a long time which is great if you arrive late or want to enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing. there is also a grocery store in the same building. this adds an extra layer of convenience, especially for longer stays.

public transport options are right outside the door. the hotel is close to big parks. a tram provides easy access to the central station in approximately 30 minutes. the area is fairly quiet, even for a large city.

the staff was very friendly and ready to answer questions. i even got an earlier check-in. the hotel manager. this is a credit to the hotel and to hospitality.

public trams grocery store shower doors floor flooding
The location provides easy access to public trams which is just 2 blocks away. The grocery store around the corner proves very useful. The breakfast had an amazing spread.
The cleanliness of the room was not perfect. Stains existed on the chairs and curtains, they should be cleaned. the shower doors did not close well, this ended with the floor flooding after showering.
